01The game does not open
Reload dsagames.com, confirm JavaScript is enabled, and try a current browser. A private window can help identify a damaged local profile.
02A round appears stuck
Close any open rules or settings panel, then confirm whose turn is shown. If the stock is empty, use Pass to finish the round.
03Settings did not persist
Check whether the browser blocks site storage. Private browsing and automatic site-data cleanup can remove the local profile.
04I want to reset practice data
Clear site data for dsagames.com in your browser. On iPhone, removing the app clears ordinary local profile data.
05World Tables disconnected
Reopen World Tables and use Retry. The same guest profile can reclaim a reserved seat while the match is active. Never share its session token, recovery secret, or one-time room credential.

Live four-player tables are available
In the iPhone app, open World Tables to browse public tables without creating a profile. Creating or joining a table creates a password-free guest player profile and stores its session securely on the device. The server owns the deck, validates each move, reserves active seats for reconnection, and advances an expired turn automatically.
The current client has no purchases, subscriptions, table stakes, tournament entry fees, cash prizes, or player chat.

What to include
A useful support report should include only:
- Device model and operating-system version.
- Browser or app version and selected language.
- The screen, button, or game phase where the issue occurred.
- Reproduction steps and a screenshot with personal details removed.
Never send a password, session token, profile-recovery secret, payment number, private key, or identity document in a first report.

Local data and guest profiles
The browser practice profile can be removed by clearing site data for dsagames.com. In the iPhone app, open World Tables and choose Delete online profile to send a verified deletion to the server; the local Keychain record is cleared only after the server confirms it. Waiting seats are released, the guest row and direct identifiers are removed, and historical participant names are anonymized. A live hand remains server-controlled only until it finishes so other players are not stranded. The separate recovery credential stored in the iOS Keychain lets an active guest renew or delete the profile after its ordinary session expires; it has no age-based expiry while that profile exists. Deleting the app alone does not delete the server profile. After deletion, the service may retain one-way credential/subject revocation digests so a lost confirmation can be retried and the deleted credential cannot recreate the profile. They contain no usable plaintext secret or deleted user row and are used only for deletion security and confirmation. If that device credential is lost, contact the official address below with the player suffix shown in the app—never a token or recovery secret. Read the Privacy Notice for details.
